Delivery & Returns Information

We use a premium delivery service that offers flexibility to you. You will receive a text message or email to inform you what day your delivery will arrive. You will then receive another alert on the day letting you know what hour time-slot your CHANDO diffuser will arrive. However, there is a link provided for re-deliveries at a more convenient time.
Or simply call the phone number on the ‘Failed Delivery Card’ to arrange a time of delivery that suits you. Please contact us on 0141 391 1343 (Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm) if you have any problems with arranging re-delivery. Alternatively we will also deliver to a neighbor if you are not at home.

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

Next Day Delivery on orders over £100 £0.00

Your delivery is a gift from us on all orders over £100. Orders must be placed by 2pm for next ‘working day’ delivery.

Option Four
Next Day Delivery AM £10.00

Order must be placed before 2pm for AM (before midday) next ‘working day’ delivery.

Option Five
Saturday Delivery £13.00

Delivery on Saturday. Orders must be placed by 2pm on a ‘working Friday’ to guarantee Saturday delivery. If the order is placed after 2pm, it will be delivered the following Saturday.

Northern Ireland Delivery £10.00

Delivery within 2-5 working days.

Scottish Highlands (Mainland) Delivery £12.00

Sorry we are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address at this current time.

Delivery Timescales

UK mainland orders received by 2pm, (subject to stock availability and payment clearance) will be dispatched the same day for the next day delivery option. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Please note that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Unfortunately for select post codes in specific rural areas we may offer limited delivery options. You will be notified of this at checkout.


Missed Deliveries

Due to security reasons, all orders sent by Chando require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a card with a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order we will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, order not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice when you wish us to re-despatch the order. Please note that for orders that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.


Consequential Loss for Late Deliveries

As part of our Terms & Conditions, We do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work to receive deliveries, or the item is intended as a gift.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your Chando order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy or would like to cancel your order, you may return your Chando item in its original condition for a refund within 14 (fourteen) working days from delivery. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received, with all the original box, instructions and all extras.

If you require a refund we will refund the full amount paid by you for the goods (including the standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium option that was chosen) within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your returned goods. This is provided that you have returned the goods to us at our distribution centre within 14 (fourteen) working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation by calling our Customer Services Team on: 0141 391 1343 (Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm) excluding Bank Holidays.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.

If you are returning items for any reasons other than damaged, faulty or incorrect, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us. Please call our customer services for return address details. You should return the order to us using Royal Mail Special delivery or a similar recored service. This way the delivery is insured and tracked. You should also make a record of the tracking number, you may be asked for this from our customer services team.

Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Orders

If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty or if the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Services Team on: 0141 391 1343 (Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm) excluding Bank Holidays. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund if this is the case.

To ensure that your order is dealt with as efficiently as possible, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged/faulty items for inspection by the carrier.
